The inspiration

Edonè is the name chosen for our Prosecco, since it is the embodiment of the absolute pleasure, it is the passion and the culture of a wonderful territory, set like a small Olympus in the territory of Valdobbiadene.

The Prosecco Valdobbiadene

In 2009 following the reorganization of the Prosecco denominations, the Ministry of Agriculture classified the Prosecco Superiore as DOCG, a brand that can only be attributed to wines of particular prestige. There are not many wines in Italy that can boast this indication, among them, Edonè, Prosecco di Valdobbiadene.

Every Prosecco Edonè is a true act of love and harmony, a commitment obtained exclusively and without compromise from the best grapes. Edonè and Mythology

Edonè in Greek mythology is a deity of extraordinary beauty, daughter of the Eros God and the deadly psyche.

The gods have chosen it as their home, pouring to man a fruit with unique characteristics in the world, from which the Prosecco DOCG Superiore is born, Fruit of grapes produced exclusively in the 15 municipalities of Valdobbiadene where a temperate climate and the conformation of the soil, confer to the wines and in particular to the Prosecco of the peculiar traits which make it an inimitable product, like the straw colour, the Fruity and floral bouquet, the moderate body and the pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
